🥃 peakeasy Boardgame Session – Saturday Afternoon 🎲 Hosting a Speakeasy game this Saturday at 2PM and looking for a total of 3 players to join! In Speakeasy, players take on the role of rival mob bosses during the Prohibition era—building underground businesses, managing connections, smuggling alcohol, and expanding influence across the city. The game mixes worker placement, area control, and engine-building with lots of indirect interaction and tense decision-making. ⚠️ A small heads-up: this is considered a pretty heavy boardgame with a BGG weight of 4.42 / 5. But don’t let that scare you 😄 The session will be beginner-friendly, rules will be taught carefully, and I’ll happily guide everyone through the game step by step. As long as you’re curious and willing to try, you’ll be totally fine!
